Donzé Baume Industrialization Project Manager

1. Lead end-to-end industrialization projects from prototype to volume production, ensuring timely launches and target-cost adherence.
2. Define and validate manufacturing processes, assembly flows, tooling and fixtures in collaboration with design and production teams.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, quality, procurement, suppliers and production to secure project milestones.
4. Develop process documentation, work instructions, control plans and production validation protocols.
5. Manage supplier industrialization and qualification activities, including audits, capability assessments and corrective actions.
6. Identify and implement continuous-improvement, cost-reduction and yield-enhancement initiatives during ramp-up.
7. Perform risk analyses (FMEA) and ensure conformity with applicable quality and regulatory standards.
8. Maintain project plans, budgets and status reporting to senior management and stakeholders.

1. Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing or equivalent technical discipline.
2. Proven project management capability with structured planning and risk-management skills; PMP or equivalent is a plus.
3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods, tooling, assembly and validation for precision components.
4. Experience in supplier management and cross-disciplinary team leadership.
5. Proficiency with CAD and industrial software and familiarity with ERP/PLM environments.

Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in industrialization, manufacturing engineering or project management within precision engineering, watchmaking or high-precision production environments.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical discipline.
