Diesel Selling Supervisor

1. Lead by example on the sales floor to drive revenue and achieve individual and store sales targets.
2. Coach, train and motivate sales associates through regular feedback, performance reviews and on-the-job development.
3. Deliver personalised customer service and foster long-term client relationships to maximise retention and lifetime value.
4. Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and operational standards to reflect brand positioning and seasonal directives.
5. Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies, action plans and promotional activities.

1. Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within premium fashion, denim, or lifestyle brands.
2. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
4. Strong commercial awareness, adaptability to change, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
5. Legal authorization to work in the United States, with ability to provide documentation upon request.

Minimum of 2+ years of progressive retail experience with at least some supervisory responsibility; experience in premium or fashion retail strongly preferred.
