Diesel Finance Administrator

- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of accounts payable, administrative, and fiscal compliance tasks for Northern Europe.
- Manage travel and employee expense claims, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Verify and control indirect taxes related to purchase invoices and claims.
- Support HQ SSC in resolving anomalies in the accounts payable process and assist with AP ledger reconciliation.
- Monitor vendor ledgers and collaborate with HQ Treasury Department for timely supplier payments.
- Develop accounting processes and tools in collaboration with HQ across the commercial team.
- Perform timely and accurate cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure accurate recording of VAT and assist HQ SSC and KPMG with VAT returns and payments.
- Conduct timely balance sheet reconciliations for accounts payable, accrued liabilities, prepaid expenses, etc.
- Assist the Diesel Northern Europe Finance & Admin Manager with daily and extraordinary accounting and fiscal tasks.
- Experience in Accounts Payable ledger management.
- Familiarity with local tax and invoicing regulations.
- Accountancy qualification preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with Invoice Management systems.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Organizational and proactive approach.
- Flexible and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
Candidates should have experience in managing accounts payable ledgers and be familiar with local tax and invoicing rules.
Accountancy qualification preferred.
