Diesel Europe CRM Manager

- Conduct comprehensive analyses of the regional customer base to derive strategic insights that support CRM and retail strategies.
- Develop and promote effective prospect acquisition campaigns, including strategic partnerships to enhance customer acquisition.
- Design and execute the regional CRM contact strategy and calendar for the European market, aligning with global guidelines and business priorities.
- Oversee regional CRM digital campaign management, including newsletters and SMS, ensuring coordination with suppliers for campaign execution in various local languages.
- Define and implement effective customer segmentation strategies for regional campaigns.
- Monitor newsletter performance, share insights with stakeholders, and propose corrective actions to optimize digital campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the EU Retail Director and EU Clienteling Manager to define customer targets for clienteling activities and in-store activations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM roles, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Expertise in marketing, CRM, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Competency in using tools such as MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel as required.
A minimum of 3 years in CRM roles, ideally within the luxury fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Economics preferred.
