- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various digital marketing channels and platforms using Adobe Analytics and Contentsquare.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges to provide actionable insights that enhance marketing efforts and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and regular reports to track key metrics such as sessions, revenue, conversion rate, campaign effectiveness, and overall website performance.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- Lead communication with external digital and analytics agencies, providing guidance and support to achieve team objectives and efficient budget allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, e-commerce, merchandising, CRM, and IT, to drive data-driven initiatives and ensure seamless integration of analytics practices.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in digital analytics, ideally within the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, and Contentsquare.
- Familiarity with major advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
- Strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to extract valuable insights from complex data sets and present findings clearly.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving personal and team goals.
2-3 years of proven experience in digital analytics, ideally within the fashion or retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
