- Provide exceptional client service by understanding and anticipating client needs and expectations.
- Welcome and assist clients, ensuring an outstanding in-store experience.
- Engage clients through storytelling and insightful questioning to create meaningful connections.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in collaboration with management.
- Lead by example on the sales floor to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
- Ensure high standards of shop floor and visual displays in accordance with company guidelines.
- Contribute to loss prevention efforts by maintaining vigilance against theft.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to drive innovation.
- Develop and maintain loyal client relationships through personal engagement and CRM initiatives.
- Manage sales processes to craft personalized client experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Previous experience in sales roles, preferably within structured fashion luxury/retail companies.
- Passion for retail, client service, and a commercial mindset.
- Strong understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
- Willingness to evolve within the organization and relocate if necessary.
- Digitally savvy and open to new working methodologies.
