- Welcome and assist clients, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience by understanding their desires and crafting personalized interactions.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's image and values through knowledge and presentation.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
- Lead sales efforts on the floor, maximizing opportunities and driving both individual and team sales results.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the brand and products, staying informed about trends and competitors.
- Ensure the shop floor and visual displays meet high luxury standards, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Proven track record in delivering sales within a luxury retail environment, including clienteling activities.
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
- Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset.
- Digitally aware and open to innovative working methods.
- Ability to interact effectively with international clients.
- Passion for the Diesel brand, its products, and heritage.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales and customer service expertise.
- Digital literacy and adaptability.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to engage with diverse clientele.
Experience in luxury retail sales and clienteling is required.
