- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.
- Establish authentic and lasting relationships with clients.
- Effectively manage customer complaints, collaborating with line managers as necessary.
- Demonstrate active leadership on the sales floor to drive individual and team goals, being accountable for sales results.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Exhibit brand and product knowledge.
- Maintain high standards of sales floor and visual displays, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Ensure timely product movement, playing an active role in stock cycle management, including inventory, organization, control, and audits.
- Meet store needs to maximize product distribution, sales effectiveness, and maintain a clean working environment.
- Support the entire omnichannel sales cycle, managing incoming and outgoing products, order reception, packaging, invoicing, and related administrative tasks.
- Support the team in achieving group objectives and maintain accurate and organized store inventory, participating in cyclical counts and scheduled inventories.
- Previous experience in sales roles; experience in structured fashion/luxury companies is advantageous.
- Passion for retail, customer service, and a commercial mindset.
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
- Strong communication skills.
- Digital awareness and openness to new working methods.
- Strong decision-making, strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, customer focus, and execution skills.
Previous experience in sales roles, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
