Diesel Client Advisor

- Deliver a best‑in‑class client experience at the Rinascente Milano concession, placing the customer at the centre of every interaction.
- Proactively welcome, advise and convert clients through tailored product recommendations and a handcrafted sales approach.
- Master brand storytelling and use consultative questioning to uncover client desires, needs and long‑term buying potential.
- Drive individual and team sales targets and KPIs through disciplined selling, cross‑selling across departments and concession management.
- Manage CRM activities to develop and nurture meaningful, loyalty‑building client relationships and follow up post‑sale.
- Maintain impeccable shop‑floor standards and visual displays in line with operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, support colleagues and liaise with the line manager to resolve client complaints.
- Contribute to loss‑prevention measures, including correct tagging of merchandise and vigilance against theft.
- Remain informed on fashion trends, competitor activity and product knowledge to inform selling strategies and client conversations.
- Previous experience in sales roles; experience within structured fashion, luxury or concession retail is a strong advantage.
- Commercial mindset with a demonstrated focus on customer service and sales performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, empathetic client handling and storytelling ability.
- Digitally aware and open to new ways of working (CRM usage expected).
- Willingness to develop within the organisation; relocation is a plus.

Previous retail sales experience is required; candidates with background in structured fashion, luxury or concession retail environments will be prioritised. Specific years are not stated but demonstrated commercial results and client‑eling experience are expected.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or sales is desirable.
