1. Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience by understanding client desires and creating a personalized experience.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador, representing the image and values of Diesel through knowledge and presentation.
3. Create and nurture long-term relationships with clients through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
4. Demonstrate leadership on the selling floor, maximizing sales opportunities and driving individual and team sales results.
5. Maintain comprehensive brand and product knowledge, staying informed about new trends and competitors.
6. Ensure the shop floor and visual displays meet high luxury standards, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.

1. Proven track record in delivering sales within a luxury retail environment and in clienteling activities.
2. Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.

1. Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset.
2. Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
3. Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients.
4. Passion for the Diesel brand, products, and heritage.
5. Proficiency in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.

Experience in luxury retail sales and clienteling is required.
