1. Support the Store Manager in executing store strategy to maximize sales performance and deliver a comprehensive client experience.
2. Contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales across product categories and client segments.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service to foster meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives.
4. Exemplify best-in-class sales and leadership, actively participating in team activities and resolving issues positively.

1. Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in a modern luxury retail environment.
2. Proven ability in team management and leadership.
3. Experience in achieving and surpassing KPIs and sales targets.
4. In-depth understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
5. Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset.
6. Experience in managing complex store operations.
7. Digital awareness and openness to new working methods.
8. Ability to effectively interact with international clients.
9. Passion for the Diesel brand, its products, and heritage.
