Diesel Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in executing store strategy to maximize sales performance and deliver a comprehensive client experience.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales across product categories and client segments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to foster meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives.
- Exemplify best-in-class sales and leadership, actively participating in team activities and resolving issues positively.
- Engage with the wider community and draw inspiration from diverse sectors to cultivate an energetic and innovative store environment.

- Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in a modern luxury retail environment.
- Proven ability in team management and leadership.
- Experience in achieving and surpassing KPIs and sales targets.
- In-depth understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
- Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset.
- Experience in managing complex store operations.
- Digital awareness and openness to new working methods.
