1. Co-manage the store operations and ensure alignment with brand standards.
2. Act as a brand ambassador for Diesel, providing exemplary customer service.
3. Analyze and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive store success.
4. Motivate, lead, train, and develop store staff.
5. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance store performance.
6. Ensure the proper presentation and merchandising of Diesel products in-store.

1. Previous experience in retail sales.
2. Experience in established fashion or luxury companies is advantageous.

1. Passion for fashion retail and client service with a commercial mindset.
2. Excellent knowledge of the luxury sector and product specifics.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Proficiency in German and English.

Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
