1. Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and maximizing profitability through effective team management and implementation of company programs.
2. Act as a positive role model, embodying and promoting Diesel's brand values.
3. Develop management skills by taking ownership of assigned responsibilities, managing the team, and performing certain Store Manager duties in their absence.
4. Exercise discretion and independent judgment in managing sales staff and key functional areas.
5. Perform omni-channel services and initiatives.

Salary Range: $60k-$65k
