1. Manage seasonal orders from initial allocation to the end of the merchandise life cycle, including replenishment and inventory consolidation across stores.
2. Establish and manage parameters within the automatic replenishment tool.
3. Monitor and optimize store performance to reduce stock levels, increase stock rotation, maximize sell-through, and improve rate of sale (ROS).
4. Conduct continuous KPI analysis for in-season performance.
5. Set markdown price lists and devise promotional activities and sales strategies in collaboration with management.
6. Define seasonal exit plans and compile end-of-season returns lists for each store.
7. Collaborate with Logistics, Export, Buying, Retail Operations, and Planning departments to optimize and improve processes.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in the fashion industry within merchandising, planning, or buying.
2. Degree in Economics, Statistics, or Engineering preferred.

6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
7. Excellent knowledge of English, both written and verbal.

A minimum of 2 years in the fashion industry, specifically in merchandising, planning, or buying roles.

Degree in Economics, Statistics, or Engineering preferred.
