DFS Talent Support Administrative Assistant

- Prepare and issue effective monthly staff schedules for all teams at the location.
- Coordinate staff coverage and scheduling in liaison with PSM/AGM, considering business needs, events, and training.
- Collate and review staff leave requests in line with business forecasts and employee regulations.
- Track and communicate amendments to staff leave and schedules as necessary.
- Monitor and record staff attendance and punctuality, ensuring accurate record-keeping and payroll processing.
- Prepare regular attendance and punctuality reports for line managers.
- Maintain store team leave accrual records and report on leave balances.
- Produce and distribute staff sales productivity reports to relevant managers.
- Manage employee user access in the POS system.
- Respond to staff pay-related queries and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
- Assist in administering commission and incentive schemes, ensuring timely delivery to store teams.
- Manage location administration of staff-related benefits and recognition programs.
- Process invoice payments and related accounts payable tasks.
- Oversee AOA Security badge and Airport Sterile badge management.
- Maintain logs of active/inactive badged employees and assist with badge processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to evaluate and prioritize tasks effectively
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
At least 1 year of administrative experience in a similar role is required.
High school diploma or equivalent
Pay range $23 - $30 per hour
