1. Provide strategic finance support to senior leadership, acting as a business partner with senior management.
2. Standardize and streamline key financial reporting and analysis for the Oceania and Middle East regions.
3. Improve business insights to drive performance and facilitate sound decision-making.
4. Set financial goals for store management to enhance profitability, including sales KPIs and expense management.
5. Anticipate and proactively support decision-making with analysis and recommendations.
6. Understand financial KPIs and support sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic planning.
7. Manage month-end close processes and reporting to stakeholders.
8. Analyze variances versus budget/forecast and implement action plans to achieve financial targets.
9. Execute budget/forecast planning and present targets aligned with global strategies.
10. Streamline financial processes and standardize best practices through cross-functional collaboration.
11. Support business development projects with financial analysis and scenario simulations.
12. Develop and coach team members, promoting knowledge sharing and learning opportunities.

1. College or University Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
2. Over 5 years of progressive financial and operational experience.
3. Experience in store operations in a significant financial or control position is advantageous.

1. Strong budgeting and operations analysis skills.
2. Proficiency in business case analysis of capital expenditure.
3. Excellent planning and strategic thinking abilities.

Over 5 years of progressive financial and operational experience, preferably with prior store operations experience in a significant financial or control position.

College or University Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
