1. Lead and inspire the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

4. Actively contribute to sales growth by proposing innovative strategies and ensuring target achievement.

6. Share expertise with the team and propose improvements to optimize commercial strategy.

1. Degree in management or equivalent.

1. Significant experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role.
2. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
3. Fluency in French and English; a third language is advantageous.
4. Familiarity with luxury retail codes.
5. Customer-oriented with a keen eye for detail.

Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

Degree in management or equivalent.
