1. Assist the Product Sales Manager in driving sales and enhancing team productivity.
2. Collaborate with the Platinum Services team to elevate the customer experience.
3. Set clear goals and objectives for the team focused on customer experience and productivity.
4. Supervise the sales floor to ensure optimal staffing and visibility.
5. Coordinate with the Assistant General Manager on staff coverage and scheduling.
6. Encourage the team to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
7. Maintain high standards of product and brand knowledge within the team.
8. Ensure floor presentation meets brand and DFS standards.
9. Provide feedback to the Product Sales Manager on merchandise strategy.
10. Set and maintain appropriate Presentation Stock levels.

1. Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, with team leadership experience preferred.

1. Strong interpersonal skills.
2. Outgoing and assertive personality.
3. Passion for luxury brands and products.
4. Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.

1-2 years of experience in the luxury retail sector, preferably with team leadership responsibilities.

Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The salary range is $23.25 to $34.85 per hour.
