DFS Sales Team Lead

- Assist the Product Sales Manager in driving sales and enhancing team productivity.
- Collaborate with the Platinum Services team to elevate the customer experience.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team focused on customer experience and productivity.
- Supervise the sales floor to ensure optimal staffing and visibility.
- Coordinate with the Assistant General Manager on staff coverage and scheduling.
- Encourage the team to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Maintain high standards of product and brand knowledge within the team.
- Ensure floor presentation meets brand and DFS standards.
- Provide feedback to the Product Sales Manager on merchandise strategy.
- Set and maintain appropriate Presentation Stock levels.
- Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, with team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing and assertive personality.
- Passion for luxury brands and products.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
1-2 years of experience in the luxury retail sector, preferably with team leadership responsibilities.
Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The salary range is $23.25 to $34.85 per hour.
