DFS Sales Team Lead

- Act as the primary liaison between the Product Sales Manager, regional merchant team, product brands, and customers.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a cross-functional sales team to foster a luxury service environment.
- Assist the Product Sales Manager in driving sales and increasing team productivity.
- Collaborate with the Platinum Services team to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure team goals and objectives focus on customer experience and productivity targets.
- Manage sales floor visibility and staffing for optimal coverage.
- Coordinate with the Assistant General Manager on staff scheduling and coverage needs.
- Encourage the team to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Maintain high standards of product and brand knowledge among the team.
- Ensure floor presentation meets brand and DFS requirements.
- Provide feedback on merchandise strategy development and execution.
- Set and maintain appropriate Presentation Stock levels.
- Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 1-2 years' experience in luxury retail or service industry, with team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration at various levels.
- Outgoing and assertive personality with leadership and inspirational qualities.
- Passion for representing brands and products.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
1-2 years' experience in the luxury retail or service industry, preferably with team leadership responsibilities.
Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
