DFS Sales Team Lead

- Supervise and mentor a cross-functional sales team to enhance productivity and customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Product Sales Manager to drive sales and improve team performance.
- Partner with the Platinum Services team to elevate the customer experience.
- Ensure team goals are aligned with customer experience and productivity targets.
- Manage sales floor visibility and optimize staffing for effective floor coverage.
- Coordinate with the Assistant General Manager on staff scheduling and coverage needs.
- Encourage team to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Maintain high standards of product and brand knowledge within the team.
- Ensure floor presentation meets brand and DFS requirements.
- Provide feedback on merchandise strategy, including promotions and seasonal buys.
- Set and maintain appropriate Presentation Stock levels.
- Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, with team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with various levels.
- Outgoing and assertive personality with leadership and inspirational qualities.
- Passion for representing brands and products.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
1-2 years of experience in the luxury retail sector, preferably with team leadership experience.
Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
