1. Advise customers in selecting and purchasing luxury products.
2. Handle all products with care and present them with respect.
3. Complete customer transactions professionally and promptly.
4. Provide customers with necessary product information.
5. Embody the Sale Ceremony of Samaritaine.
6. Act as the first ambassador of the store, ensuring a unique customer experience.
7. Maintain a neat appearance at all times.
8. Understand and adapt to customer needs and expectations.
9. Provide a warm, personalized, and customer-oriented welcome.
10. Respond to customer requests and complaints courteously, referring to the service manager when necessary.
11. Guide customers in the store according to their needs.
12. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service goals.
13. Assist customers throughout the store to minimize waiting times and enhance the customer experience.
14. Prepare stocks for inventories and assist in carrying them out.
15. Apply store procedures and rules.
16. Stay updated on product knowledge.

1. Fluency in English and French.
2. Proficiency in an additional language such as Mandarin, Russian, Arabic, Spanish, or Portuguese is desired.
