1. Serve as a brand ambassador and primary point of contact between products and customers.
2. Facilitate customer transactions with professionalism and efficiency.
3. Identify customer preferences and recommend suitable products.
4. Address customer inquiries and complaints courteously, escalating to management when necessary.
5. Support fellow sales staff during peak periods to minimize customer wait times.
6. Ensure floor presentation aligns with brand and company standards.
7. Maintain adequate stock levels and assist in inventory management.
8. Guide customers to merchandise and services within the store.
9. Collaborate with management on merchandising activities, including promotional events and stock flow.

1. High School diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience sufficient for the role.
2. Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or cashiering within a retail environment.

1. Proficiency with POS register machines.
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
3. High energy and a positive attitude towards job responsibilities.
4. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
5. Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.

At least 1 year of experience in a retail sales or cashiering role is required.

High School diploma or equivalent.
