1. Coordinate and manage VIC customer requests, including private shopping experiences and reservations.
2. Develop and maintain B2B partnerships with 5-star hotels, palaces, private concierge services, and high-end travel agencies.
3. Support teams during partner meetings, store visits, events, film shoots, and VIP customer receptions.
4. Manage partner and customer requests, coordinating with store and head office teams for personalized services.
5. Monitor contact databases, produce reports, and analyze KPIs and customer feedback.
6. Oversee communication campaigns, including design, production, and compliance with content schedules.
7. Manage B2B newsletters, coordinating content and monitoring KPIs.
8. Participate in virtual B2B trade shows and webinars.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's level diploma.
2. Fluency in French and English.

1. Strong understanding of luxury codes.
2. Dynamic and creative with a strong analytical mindset.

No specific prior experience required, but knowledge of luxury codes is advantageous.
