DFS Partnership Assistant Intern

- Assist in the implementation of daily partnership activities.
- Monitor communication campaigns and tools, ensuring adherence to production timelines, content creation, translation, proofreading, and delivery.
- Manage B2B newsletters, including content coordination and KPI tracking.
- Support the development and implementation of B2B and B2C communication tools.
- Facilitate communication and partnership activities with Virtuoso.
- Coordinate B2B partnerships with luxury hotels, private concierge services, museums, tourist transporters, and high-end travel agencies.
- Provide support for in-store visits, events, filming, partner meetings, and VIP client receptions.
- Handle partner and client requests, coordinating with store and head office teams for personalized stylist reservations, lounge access, and bespoke experiences.
- Maintain contact databases, prepare reports, track KPIs, and analyze customer feedback and communication campaigns.
- Participate in virtual B2B trade shows and webinars, managing the distribution of texts and visuals to partners.
- Conduct competitive analysis of marketing and communication activities.
- Analyze trends in Parisian and international tourism.
- Enrolled in a Master's program in communication, business, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of luxury industry standards.
- Organized, versatile, and meticulous, with the ability to work independently and lead projects.
- Passionate about retail, luxury service, and tourism, with relevant experience preferred.
- Desire to work in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in both English and French, spoken and written.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and customer feedback.
- Competence in using communication and marketing tools.
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Previous experience in retail, luxury services, or tourism is preferred but not mandatory.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
