1. Assist the operations coordinator and accounting department in creating supplier accounts on the COUPA platform.
2. Contact suppliers to request necessary information and documents for account creation.
3. Verify the conformity of provided documents in collaboration with the operations coordinator and accounting department.
4. Create supplier creation forms in COUPA.
5. Guide vendors through the process via phone calls and verify information as needed.
6. Maintain and update the database with all documents and emails related to supplier accounts.
7. Modify vendor accounts using the vendor maintenance form in COUPA.
8. Classify and archive documents, emails, and letters, both physical and digital.
9. Support the operations coordinator in entering one-shot purchase orders.
10. Assist in managing disputes related to late payment of invoices.

1. Higher education in business school or university (Bac +4/5).
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury, or department stores is appreciated.
3. Interest in accounting and administrative processes.

1. Analytical and synthesis skills.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
3. Fluency in English for daily exchanges with international teams.
4. Proficiency with computer tools.

A first experience in the retail, luxury, or department store sector is appreciated.

Higher education in business school or university (Bac +4/5).
