1. Assist in drafting and negotiating commercial and marketing contracts, including acquisition and loan agreements for artworks, exploitation contracts, and general terms and conditions.
2. Provide legal advice to operational teams on contract law, competition law, and consumer law.
3. Offer legal support for projects related to the department store, such as the digitalization of legal activities and issues related to artificial intelligence tools.
4. Conduct research and provide assistance on compliance matters.
5. Prepare and participate in training sessions.
6. Conduct legal research and draft legal memos.

1. Master's degree in Business Law or enrolled in CRFPA program.
2. International experience or background is appreciated.
3. Solid knowledge of distribution and contract law, preferably through previous internships in law firms or companies, ideally within the distribution sector.
4. Proficiency in English.
5. Proficiency in computer tools.

2. Organizational skills and ability to synthesize information.
3. Autonomous and team-oriented work ethic.

Previous internship experience in a law firm or corporate setting, ideally within the distribution sector, is preferred.

Master's degree in Business Law or equivalent.
