1. Assist in drafting and negotiating commercial, marketing, and procurement contracts, including distribution agreements, unique conventions, and service agreements.

1. Master's degree in Business Law with a specialization in Competition or Distribution Law, or CRFPA training.
2. Previous internship experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, ideally in the distribution sector.
