DFS Legal Intern - Distribution Law

1. Assist in drafting and negotiating commercial, marketing, and purchasing contracts, including distribution agreements, unique conventions, and service partnerships.
2. Provide legal advice to operational teams on distribution, competition, and consumer law.
3. Prepare and participate in training sessions.
4. Conduct legal research and draft legal notes.

1. Master's degree in Business Law with a specialization in Competition and Distribution Law, or CRFPA training; dual education in an Anglo-Saxon country is appreciated.
2. Strong knowledge of distribution and contract law, preferably through previous internships in law firms or companies within the distribution sector.
3. Proficiency in English is essential.
4. Proficiency in computer tools.
