1. Assist managers and operational staff with the application of legal and contractual provisions.
2. Support teams in disciplinary matters and prepare necessary procedures.
3. Provide employees with information regarding their rights and obligations.
4. Draft necessary documents and administrative supports such as HR notes, emails, letters, and presentations.
5. Conduct legal and HR research.
6. Classify, scan, and archive various HR documents.
7. Participate in the deployment and management of cross-functional HR projects.
8. Ensure regulatory monitoring.

1. Enrolled in a Master 1 or 2 program in HR, social law, or equivalent field.
2. Fluent in both English and French, spoken and written.

1. Strong knowledge of HR and labor law.
2. Excellent writing and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Rigor, dynamism, proactivity, and curiosity with a strong desire to learn and assume responsibility.

No prior professional experience required, but a foundational understanding of HR and social law is essential.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Social Law, or a related field.
