DFS Human Resources and Social Law Assistant

- Assist managers and operational staff with the application of legal and contractual provisions.
- Support teams in disciplinary matters and prepare related procedures.
- Provide employees with information regarding their rights and obligations.
- Draft necessary administrative documents and communications, including HR notes, emails, and presentations.
- Conduct legal and HR research.
- Organize, scan, and archive various HR documents.
- Participate in the deployment and management of cross-functional HR projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory updates.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (1 or 2) in Human Resources, Social Law, or a related field.
- Proficiency in both English and French, both spoken and written.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail, dynamism, proactivity, and curiosity with a strong desire to learn and take on responsibilities.
No specific experience required, but a foundational understanding of HR and social law is essential.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent.
