DFS CRM Promotions Assistant

- Coordinate CRM campaigns via email and SMS, ensuring alignment with promotional activities in-store.
- Assist the CRM & Promotion Manager with campaign execution and team support.
- Ensure successful implementation of CRM client campaigns and retail animations, both promotional and thematic.
- Oversee the creative construction of campaign templates, including text and visuals, in collaboration with the artistic direction.
- Track CRM performance and consolidate post-campaign reports.
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Support the development of briefings and coordinate with graphic designers for timely production of point-of-sale materials.
- Review and coordinate validation of point-of-sale materials with various teams, including digital and statistics.
- Monitor in-store installation of promotional and retail animation materials during key periods.
- Manage and program the store's digital screens.
- Track competitor actions to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Experience in CRM, campaign management, or retail marketing, with knowledge of department stores and luxury markets as an advantage.
- Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken.
- Familiarity with Adobe Campaign or Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong numerical aptitude.
- Autonomy and strong communication skills.
- Proactivity and curiosity with a willingness to propose new ideas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe).
- Impeccable interpersonal skills with a collaborative spirit.

Prior experience in CRM, campaign management, or retail marketing is preferred, particularly within the luxury sector.
