1. Consolidate and monitor performance dashboards (KPIs).
2. Extract and consolidate data for weekly business meetings with department directors.
3. Create and consolidate reporting tools.
4. Liaise with the finance department for performance analysis.
5. Participate in key store organization projects.
6. Attend team meetings.
7. Maintain strong relationships with various departments and management levels.
8. Collaborate with IT teams to address store user needs.
9. Assist in drafting and updating internal procedure presentation materials.
10. Contribute to the development of training materials.
11. Act as a liaison for store teams to reinforce procedures.
12. Support the implementation and maintenance of digital tools for sales teams.

1. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
2. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

4. Ability to collaborate effectively with IT and finance teams.
