- Lead and develop the sales and operations of the Hermes Boutique at Los Angeles International Airport.
- Meet and exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Foster a climate of service excellence and deliver extraordinary client experiences.
- Collaborate with the Assistant General Manager of Fashion Luxury at DFS LAX.
- Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Drive client development activity among team members.
- Ensure continuous client experience management presence on the floor.
- Coach the team on the selling ceremony and ensure client experience expectations are met.
- Elevate, train, and inspire a winning team.
- Assess capabilities and build strategic development plans to grow talent.
- Encourage, coach, and provide qualitative feedback to improve team engagement and performance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of retail store leadership experience with sales and luxury merchandise.
- Proven track record in sales generation and managing achievement of sales goals.
- Flexibility to work nontraditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong multi-dimensional leadership ability.
- Ability to make sound decisions with relevant facts at hand.
- Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and POS systems.
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.
A minimum of 3 years in retail store leadership, specifically within the luxury sector, with a proven track record in sales and client relationship management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or equivalent.
The salary range is $80,000 - $109,000 annually.
