2. Provide accurate product and promotional information to customers.
3. Sell products based on customer needs and cross-sell to exceed expectations.
4. Demonstrate products on clients, including color cosmetics and skincare applications.
5. Close sales by expressing gratitude and building customer relationships for future sales opportunities.
6. Return cash floats and necessary documents to close registers and secure sales receipts.
7. Maintain general housekeeping of assigned areas, ensuring cleanliness and order while being attentive to clients.
8. Assist in merchandise inventories as needed.
9. Ensure proper handling of merchandise, including maintenance of visual merchandising, testers, and adherence to brand guidelines.

1. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in using POS terminals.
2. Ability to work flexible hours as required by the business.
3. Multilingual abilities preferred.

1-2 years of retail experience with a focus on accurate and quick transaction handling. Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality services, or luxury brand boutiques is preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent.
