1. Develop and implement content strategies focused on XHS to align with KOS growth objectives, integrating KOL/KOC/UGC ecosystems to maximize lead and traffic conversion.
2. Manage full-cycle KOL partnerships, including identification, negotiation, execution, and optimization, to enhance KOS visibility.
3. Build and expand a high-quality KOC/UGC collaborator pool and design free seeding campaigns to drive content that directs audiences to KOS and physical stores.
4. Plan and execute media buys with a focus on XHS, overseeing content to ensure it drives measurable KOS sales leads and in-store foot traffic.
5. Define and optimize KPIs for KOL/KOC and UGC campaigns to maximize traffic to KOS, analyzing data to refine strategies and support the KOS program.

1. Proven experience in KOL/KOC/UGC operations, particularly within the Mainland China market.
2. Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Rednote.
3. Experience in travel retail and Instagram management is advantageous.
