DFS Administrative Assistant Intern - Footwear Buying

- Manage administrative follow-up of orders, including referencing and supplier follow-ups.
- Conduct sales analysis and prepare reports.
- Update various databases regularly.
- Create seasonal buying books.
- Provide insights on industry trends, including new concepts, products, brands, and trends.
- Assist in the preparation of buying meetings.
- Occasionally accompany buyers to supplier meetings.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university program, minimum Bac +3 level, ideally with a specialization in purchasing or fashion.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong interest in the fashion sector, particularly footwear.
- Dynamic and proactive approach.
- Attention to detail and methodological skills.
- Analytical capabilities.
- Commercial acumen.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in fashion and purchasing is essential.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or Fashion.
