DFS Accountant

- Participate in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and internalization of accounting processes.
- Manage a portfolio of diverse suppliers, ensuring accurate processing of supplier invoices from entry to payment.
- Oversee invoicing for service providers and ensure timely collection.
- Receive and verify invoices, resolving discrepancies between orders and invoices.
- Manage supplier and customer aged balances.
- Monitor and issue customer invoices, controlling the invoice validation process to prevent payment delays.
- Create and update customer and supplier repositories.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, addressing invoicing issues, reminders, disputes, and payment terms.
- Higher education in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance (equivalent to bac +2/+3, such as DCG).
- Fluency in English, with intermediate comprehension and expression skills.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
- Strong organizational, rigorous, and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency.
- Ability to manage priorities and large volumes efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Familiarity with French accounting principles and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
A minimum of 5 years in an accounting role, ideally within a multicultural and dynamic environment.
Higher education in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance (bac +2/+3 - DCG type).
