- Coordinate global demand, distribution, production, supply, and reference data.
- Conduct period debriefs comparing forecasts and actuals within the central S&OP process.
- Assist in organizing cross-functional processes to balance demand and operational production capacities.
- Contribute to drafting actions from monthly central S&OP meetings and organize ad hoc project groups.
- Develop initial sales forecasts for permanent products.
- Consolidate demand plans by integrating customer reservations and seasonal product forecasts with merchandising.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and communicate results.
- Establish manufacturing needs for permanent products based on sales forecasts, available network stock, and stock policy.
- Collaborate closely with production to develop production plans considering manufacturing capacities and supply constraints.
- Consolidate production planning for new products and ensure weekly production schedules align with the master production schedule.
- Monitor weekly production adherence KPIs and analyze variances.
- Collaborate with merchandising to provide production progress updates and analyze distribution and sales impact.
- Final year student in business or engineering school.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships and influence cross-functional leaders.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage operational details while maintaining a strategic overview.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics.
- Successful experience in achieving project objectives through management, monitoring, and implementation of strategies regarding scope, quality, time, and cost.
- Practical, innovative, and agile mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general data processing (Qlik, Access, etc.).
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Previous successful experience in project management and strategy implementation.
Final year student in business or engineering school.
Six-month internship ideally starting in September, providing valuable industry experience in a prestigious luxury brand.
