- Serve as a brand ambassador to engage with domestic and international clients, enhancing loyalty to Delvaux.
- Continuously improve service quality and instill a culture of warm hospitality for all customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of the maison's vision and service steps, and disseminate this knowledge to the team.
- Drive sales growth and achieve set targets.
- Analyze sales, CRM, and KPI data to devise strategies with office members, leading by example.
- Create an environment that accelerates the development and growth of team members, providing motivation.
- Lead the achievement of boutique and team member goals.
- Design optimal organizational structures, retain suitable talent, and take action for talent acquisition.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for optimization.
- Maintain in-store visual merchandising to Delvaux standards, reflecting the brand's image.
- Take initiative in planning and executing all boutique events and projects, in collaboration with team and office members.
- Coordinate with office members and external stakeholders for negotiations and promotional activities.
- Ensure all operations are conducted correctly, including cash handling, order processing, CRM operations, and customer service.
- Understand and enforce Richemont Group, maison, and boutique policies and guidelines.
- Over 5 years of successful experience in luxury goods sales.
- Previous managerial experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust at all organizational levels.
- Team-oriented with a curious mindset, committed to results while enjoying the process.
- Hospitality spirit with perseverance in facing challenges.
- Interest and deep knowledge of the luxury market.
Over 5 years of successful experience in luxury goods sales, with previous managerial experience.
