Delvaux Store Manager

- Oversee overall store management, including sales team, merchandise, and customer service.
- Achieve sales objectives and store profitability goals.
- Maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent.

- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.

- Minimum 8-10 years of successful experience in a managerial role within the luxury sector, with at least 5 years as a store manager or director.
- Proven expertise in clienteling and stakeholder interaction.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
- Operationally adept with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans.
- Strong clienteling and customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and CRM software.
A minimum of 8-10 years in luxury retail management, with at least 5 years in a store manager or director capacity.
