1. Oversee overall store management, including sales team, merchandise, and customer service.
2. Achieve sales objectives and store profitability goals.
3. Maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
4. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
5. Coach and motivate the sales team, setting clear goals and conducting regular evaluations.
6. Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
7. Promote the Delvaux brand to clients and partners.
8. Develop and implement store business plans, including marketing and promotional strategies.
9. Maintain strong relationships with local and international luxury business influencers.
10. Ensure exceptional customer service and client experiences.

1. Minimum 8-10 years of successful experience in a managerial role within the luxury sector, with at least 5 years as a store manager or director.
2. Proven expertise in clienteling and stakeholder interaction.
3. Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
4. Operationally adept with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans.

1. Strong clienteling and customer service skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are advantageous.
4. Proficiency in using POS systems and CRM software.

A minimum of 8-10 years in luxury retail management, with at least 5 years in a store manager or director capacity.
