- Serve as a brand ambassador to engage both domestic and international clientele, enhancing loyalty to Delvaux.
- Continuously improve service quality and foster a welcoming culture for all customers.
- Develop a profound understanding of the maison's vision and service steps, and disseminate this knowledge to the team to provide optimal customer advice.
- Drive sales growth and achieve set targets.
- Analyze sales, CRM, and KPI data to devise strategies in collaboration with office members, leading by example.
- Create an environment that accelerates team member development and motivation.
- Lead the boutique and team members in achieving their goals.
- Design optimal organizational structures, retain suitable talent, and take action for talent acquisition.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with Delvaux's brand image.
- Take initiative in planning and executing all boutique events and projects, in collaboration with team and office members.
- Coordinate with office members and external stakeholders for negotiations and promotional activities.
- Ensure all operations, including cash handling, order processing, CRM, and customer service, are executed correctly.
- Understand and enforce Richemont Group, maison, and boutique policies and guidelines.
- Over 5 years of successful experience in luxury goods sales.
- Experience in a managerial role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust at all organizational levels.
- A team player with curiosity and commitment to results.
- Hospitality mindset with perseverance in facing challenges.
- Interest and deep knowledge of the luxury market.
Candidates must possess over 5 years of successful experience in luxury goods sales, with previous managerial experience.
