1. Welcome, advise, and retain both local and international customers, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
2. Achieve individual sales targets as set by the Commercial Director.
3. Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring the boutique is always well-stocked to meet customer demands.
4. Contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality and customer hospitality.
5. Develop an in-depth understanding of Delvaux product lines to build strong client relationships and drive sales.
6. Uphold the brand's image by maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping.
7. Provide insightful feedback on sales, customer profiles, and product performance to the Boutique Director.

1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in luxury retail.
2. Excellent presentation skills and a passion for the Delvaux brand.

1. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in computer skills.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Strong passion for client experience and Very Important Client (VIC) development.

A minimum of 6 years in luxury retail, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Expected salary range: $30-$35 per hour, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
