Delvaux Sales Supervisor

- Lead and motivate the sales team to foster an environment of teamwork, trust, and collaboration.
- Drive sales and achieve targets through strategic clienteling, sourcing new customers, and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Maximize sales performance by regularly assessing business strengths and opportunities, and recommending improvements.
- Provide exemplary customer service to ensure a client-centric environment and continuous client development.
- Support store operations, including visual merchandising, opening/closing procedures, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to train, coach, and develop sales associates.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including Concession Shop Stores.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role within a luxury setting.
- Extensive knowledge of leather goods and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding and passion for the brand and luxury industry.
- Strong salesfloor presence and client-focused mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational and follow-through capabilities.
A minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity within a luxury environment.
Expected salary range: $36-$40 per hour, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
