1. Lead and motivate the sales team to foster an environment of teamwork, trust, and collaboration.
2. Drive sales and achieve targets through strategic clienteling, sourcing new customers, and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients.
3. Maximize sales performance by regularly assessing business strengths and opportunities, and recommending improvements.
4. Provide exemplary customer service to ensure a client-centric environment and continuous client development.
5. Support store operations, including visual merchandising, opening/closing procedures, and inventory management.
6. Collaborate with the Store Manager to train, coach, and develop sales associates.
7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including Concession Shop Stores.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role within a luxury setting.
2. Extensive knowledge of leather goods and CRM systems.
3. Strong understanding and passion for the brand and luxury industry.

3. Organizational and follow-through capabilities.

A minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity within a luxury environment.

Expected salary range: $36-$40 per hour, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
