1. Welcome, advise, and retain local and international customers at Delvaux.
2. Develop sales and achieve targets set by the Commercial Director.
3. Cultivate strong client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups with existing and new clients.
4. Verify and manage stock status and replenish inventory to meet customer needs.
5. Participate in continuous improvement of service quality and customer hospitality.
6. Acquire extensive knowledge of product lines to build close client relationships and increase sales.
7. Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping, and adherence to Delvaux standards.
8. Provide feedback on sales, customer profiles, and product performance to management.

1. At least 3 years of experience in the luxury retail industry.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Excellent presentation skills.
3. Passion for the brand.

A minimum of three years in the luxury retail sector is required.
