1. Welcome, advise, and retain both local and international customers at Delvaux.
2. Develop sales and achieve targets set by the commercial director.
3. Verify and manage stock status and replenish inventory to meet customer needs.
4. Participate in the continuous improvement of service quality and hospitality towards customers.
5. Acquire extensive knowledge of product lines to build close client relationships and increase sales.
6. Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping, and brand representation.
7. Provide feedback on sales, customer profiles, and product performance to management.

1. At least 3 years of experience in luxury retail.

1. Excellent presentation skills and a passion for the brand.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in computer skills.
4. Fluency in English.

A minimum of three years in luxury retail is required.

Expected hourly range: $25-$28. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
