The brand operates 60 unique boutiques globally and has been the official purveyor to the Royal Court of Belgium since 1883.

1. Welcome, advise, and retain local and international customers.
2. Develop sales and achieve goals set by the commercial director.
3. Verify and manage stock status and replenish as needed.
4. Participate in the continuous improvement of service quality and hospitality.
5. Acquire extensive knowledge of product lines to build client relationships and increase sales.
6. Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping.
7. Provide feedback on sales, customer profiles, and product performance to the manager.

1. At least 3 years of experience in retail luxury.

2. Good attention to detail.
3. Result and action-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
4. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Fluent in French, Dutch, and English; additional language is a plus.
6. Excellent presentation and passion for the brand.
