1. Welcome, advise, and retain both local and international customers.
2. Develop sales and achieve targets set by the commercial director.
3. Verify and manage stock status, ensuring replenishment to meet customer needs.
4. Participate in the continuous improvement of service quality and customer hospitality.
5. Acquire extensive knowledge of product lines to build client relationships and increase sales.
6. Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and brand representation.
7. Provide feedback on sales, customer profiles, and product performance to management.

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail.

1. Fluency in French, Dutch, and English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
3. Result and action-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and team player.
5. Exceptional presentation skills and passion for the brand.

A minimum of three years in luxury retail is required.

A comprehensive salary package including group and hospitalization insurance, luncheon vouchers, and travel expense reimbursement.
