Delvaux Retail Sales Apprentice

1. Support daily boutique operations, including sales transactions, cash handling and POS operation.
2. Deliver high-quality client service and assist with clienteling, CRM updates and appointment management.
3. Learn and present product knowledge across collections; advise clients on styling and product care.
4. Implement and maintain merchandising standards, window displays and in-store visual presentation.
5. Manage stock processes: receive deliveries, process returns, perform stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
6. Assist with boutique events, private appointments and after-sales follow-up.
7. Contribute to routine administrative tasks and sales reporting as part of training objectives.

1. Enrolled in a recognized higher-education program eligible for an alternance/work-study arrangement (business, retail, luxury management, fashion or related).
2. Availability for an alternance schedule and willingness to work retail hours including weekends and peak periods.
3. Strong client-service orientation, professional presentation and a genuine interest in luxury leather goods.
4. Reliable, punctual and motivated to learn in a hands-on boutique environment.
