- Oversee and enhance the commercial performance of stores across the S.APAC region, focusing on increasing turnover and maximizing profitability.
- Act as the primary liaison between store teams and corporate teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution of brand strategies.
- Manage and develop retail operations, promoting best practices and staff training to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Achieve annual KPIs, providing feedback and coaching to improve sales team performance.
- Deliver weekly and monthly sales feedback to the CEO, SAPAC, and collaborate with store leaders on sales improvement plans.
- Ensure merchandise quality and implement procedures to prevent stock loss or counterfeit products.
- Oversee after-sales service support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Lead store openings, relocations, and staff recruitment, fostering growth among retail staff.
- Develop CRM tools and organize in-store events to enhance brand awareness.
- Plan and execute client experience programs to achieve top scores in S.APAC.
- Cultivate relationships with landlords and third parties to attract high-potential prospects.
- Collaborate with HQ for training support, enhancing customer service and product presentation.
- Mentor store managers, promoting staff development and team-building.
- Provide feedback on product quality and market trends to aid product development.
- Manage inventory to maintain healthy stock levels and propose inter-store transfers.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld to maximize sales and reflect brand direction.
- Develop financial and commercial targets, overseeing retail division P&L.
- Conduct business analysis and presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication departments to develop effective strategies for brand awareness and sales efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business management or a related field.
- At least 10 years of retail management experience in the fashion and luxury industry, with a strong understanding of KPIs and multi-unit management.
- Empathetic and positive demeanor with strong leadership capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a result-oriented approach.
- Excellent team player with attention to detail and efficient time management skills.
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
