- Define and implement the Retail & Client strategy for the Belgian market in alignment with the regional commercial strategy.
- Deliver commercial performance and enhance the image and reputation of Delvaux in Belgium.
- Achieve sales targets and manage budgets to support activity.
- Collaborate with store managers to improve efficiency and reach retail KPIs.
- Contribute to the company's sales budget plan and propose sales forecasts.
- Manage reporting and analyze market trends.
- Set and review individual objectives for store managers to support performance and development.
- Coach store managers in management and store operations through regular boutique visits.
- Oversee team planning and liaise with HR and Payroll services.
- Collaborate with EME HQ teams to drive business growth.
- Build and execute retail action plans to engage clientele.
- Ensure compliance with brand image and commercial guidelines in all stores.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with luxury retail executives and partners.
- Gather and report information on the luxury retail environment and local initiatives.
- Ensure smooth operations and coordination with department stores or wholesale partners.
- Keep the Managing Director EME informed of relevant information impacting performance and targets.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience with a proven track record in growing a commercial team.
- Solid product knowledge and strong affinity for luxury goods.
- Proven sales expertise and ability to establish relationships with key partners in Belgium.
- In-depth knowledge of the Belgian market.
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
- Strong influencing and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluency in French, English, and Dutch.
